About the Role

Chiltern Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Administration Scheduler to assist in the day-to-day operations of our company.

Main Duties:
  1. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate rates based on historical sales records and inventory stock levels.
  2. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and materials for ongoing projects.
  3. Handle incoming calls, take messages, and distribute them promptly.
  4. Develop and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements for new projects and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for completed projects.
  5. Communicate with suppliers to confirm material delivery schedules.
  6. Maintain accurate records of projects and materials using Microsoft Office tools.
  7. Conduct stock takes on-site and at our offices.
  8. Offer administrative support across various aspects of the business.
  9. Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Attire: Business casual.

Expected Annual Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000.
