Aztec Group is a dynamic and growing team, providing corporate services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a skilled Senior Corporate Administrator to join our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to carry out day-to-day administration tasks related to corporate structures under the supervision of a Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other business contacts, as well as coordinating all aspects of company secretarial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other business contacts
- Administer a range of entities across various corporate vehicles, investment holding companies, and fund structuring entities
- Coordinate all aspects of company secretarial matters, including preparing agendas, collating and distributing board packs, obtaining director availability, drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters
- Coordinate and review the work of junior team members
- Prepare necessary documents for company incorporation, annual filings, and other ad-hoc filings
- Assist with verifying beneficial ownership information and maintaining shareholder registers
- Maintain accurate records for each entity, ensuring timely amendments
- Liaise with notary offices, banks, regulatory authorities, and tax authorities as required
- Ensure timely completion of regulatory and statutory filings
- Prepare payment instructions to settle expenses and complete transactions throughout the structures
- Train staff on electronic banking systems and coordinate new bank account openings
- Participate in the audit of corporate entities
Requirements
- Candidate must hold a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or an accountancy qualification)
- Sound technical financial services knowledge, supported through Aztec Academy training
- Strong knowledge of company and partnership laws, with understanding of trusts advantageous
- Proficient computer literacy skills essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills required for developing close working relationships

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
