Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled People Strategy Partner with a solid background in strategic human resources and the ability to cultivate robust relationships with senior leadership within our Construction division.

As a People Strategy Partner, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and guiding initiatives to fulfill our Talent objectives and achieve key performance indicators related to talent retention.

This position demands the confidence and integrity to support business leaders while ensuring adherence to our organizational processes and promoting effective people management practices.

A deep understanding of business requirements will be essential, developed through proactive engagement with various stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate who has navigated complex and high-pressure environments, capable of constructively challenging existing practices and driving meaningful change.

Ideally, you will have a track record of fostering an inclusive workplace and demonstrating how insights from employee feedback have informed actionable plans to enhance engagement.

In addition, you should possess strong organizational skills and be an exceptional communicator, adept at building relationships across the organization while maintaining fairness and consistency.
