Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team, focusing on operational excellence within Network Rail High Speed. This role is pivotal in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our leadership team is well-supported in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement a comprehensive People Plan that aligns with our business strategy.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to senior managers, enhancing their ability to manage people effectively.
  • Address medium-term and operational HR challenges, delivering proactive and strategic support.
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion, reflecting the communities we serve.
  • Invest in the development of our workforce, enhancing the safety and efficiency of our railway services.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • MCIPD or a postgraduate qualification in human resources.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in managing complex projects.
