About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team at Simply Business. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our global technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate and partner with People COEs (L&D, TA, Reward, People Ops, ER, etc.) to identify areas to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic people team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.
  • Support technology and product teams in a fast-paced, high growth, digital organization with a presence in both the UK and USA.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting.
  • A change agent with the ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
