Job Summary

The Senior People Partner will be responsible for leading the employee experience and engagement strategies for our South of England operations. This includes developing and implementing ER strategies, mentoring up-and-coming people professionals, and delivering training courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Mentor and coach junior HR professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and growth
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through people-centric initiatives
  • Conduct regular employee feedback and pulse surveys to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior people role in a growing, multisite hospitality business
  • Strong understanding of ER and engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
