We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Partner to join our team at Sixty Eight People. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our employee engagement and retention strategies, as well as developing and implementing training programs to support the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to drive business results
  • Design and deliver training programs to support the growth and development of our team
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their career development and growth
  • Conduct regular employee feedback and pulse surveys to inform HR initiatives

Requirements
