Job Title: Director of People

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People to join our team at Artisan People Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our human resources function and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and payroll administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
