Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Culture to lead our HR function and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program that enhances employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Design and manage a talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding process to ensure the successful recruitment of strong cultural contributors.
- Oversee the administration of benefits and compensation packages in line with finance.
- Partner with senior management to ensure people practices align with company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Experience in a senior people role within a multisite business in hospitality or retail/similar.
- Proficiency in HR software and experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Empathetic and approachable, with high emotional intelligence.
- Education in Human Resources, or a related field, HR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
