Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Culture to lead our HR function and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program that enhances employee skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Design and manage a talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding process to ensure the successful recruitment of strong cultural contributors.
  • Oversee the administration of benefits and compensation packages in line with finance.
  • Partner with senior management to ensure people practices align with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in a senior people role within a multisite business in hospitality or retail/similar.
  • Proficiency in HR software and experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Education in Human Resources, or a related field, HR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
