Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our ER and engagement strategies, as well as mentoring and developing our people professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of ER and engagement strategies to drive business results and improve employee experience.
  • Mentor and develop our people professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and deliver training courses to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent development needs and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior people position in a growing, multisite hospitality business.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
