Job Title: People Development Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced People Development Partner to join our team at Storal Learning Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional and nursery leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a consistent approach to people management across the region.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Work with the talent acquisition partner to engage new talent while also developing and implementing retention strategies, working closely with managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Support and lead organisational change initiatives within the region, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes for staff and operations.
  • Identify training needs and organise targeted development programmes with the in-house team to enhance staff skills and improve performance.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all staff.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with current legislation, and maintain accurate records and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner role or similar, ideally within a multi-site or regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Experience in managing employee relations issues with a pragmatic and fair approach.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the South of England to various sites.
