Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in achieving their business objectives by providing expert HR and people management advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR and people management advice to senior managers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with other Business Partners to ensure consistency and alignment of HR and people management practices across the organization.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior managers, employees, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to drive growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of experience in HR leadership, partnering, and influencing at a senior level.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and good management practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
