Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our global technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop strategic plans that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance our culture and employee value proposition.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting.
  • Drive change initiatives and lead organizational transformation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
