Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Partner Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business unit, providing financial insights and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and present business cases to support future initiatives, including investment opportunities and cost-saving measures.
  • Work closely with the business unit to identify key insights and emerging trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and reduce risk.
  • Lead the analysis and comprehension of capital expenditures (CapEx) and operating expenses (OpEx), and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis, and commentary.
  • Construct monthly budgets and forecasts by project and cost centers, including controls around intangible asset accounting.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in building business cases and analyzing investment opportunities is essential.
  • Outstanding commercial acumen with the ability to influence and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced technology or e-commerce business is advantageous.
