**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with our Product directorate and senior leadership team to contribute to improving our overall business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a key advisor to the business unit through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and develop appropriate KPIs for the business
  • Create business cases to support future initiatives within the product department
  • Work closely with the business unit to actively drive growth and reduce risk by identifying key insights and emerging trends
  • Lead the enhancements in the analysis and comprehension of the investment in CapEx and OpEx
  • Deliver high-quality monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis and appropriate commentary
  • Construct monthly budgets and forecasts by project and cost centres for current and future years, including controls around intangible asset accounting

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with relevant PQE
  • Experience in building business cases and analysing investment opportunities is essential
  • Outstanding commercial acumen with the ability to influence
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced Technology/ E-commerce business will be advantageous
