The Finance Business Partner is a key role within the Finance Department of a prominent industrial and manufacturing company. The role will involve strategic financial planning, budgeting, and supporting the business with insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Implement finance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives and investments to drive growth and profitability.
  • Partner with operational teams to drive financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide financial input into project management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage financial risk and opportunities within the business to maximize returns.
  • Support the development of the team members within the finance department to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and databases.
  • Excellent understanding of financial compliance and legislation.
