About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Development Partner to join our team at Seekhr. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong HR Generalist Background: Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and learning and development.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
