The Role

We're seeking a Principal People Partner to join our team, reporting to the Director of People and Talent. As a trusted strategic partner and coach, you'll work closely with our senior leaders to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational design and effectiveness strategies.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance to senior leaders on people leadership, talent development, and organizational change.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and challenges, and work with senior leaders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Support senior leaders on key people processes, including talent reviews, promotions, and employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations cases involving senior employees.
  • Lead and develop the People team, including coaching and mentoring People Advisors.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a strategic HR role, working directly with senior-level leaders in technology, data, or product.
  • Forward-thinking relationship builder, coach, and advisor, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to design and deliver people initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Experience working in a mid-to-large-sized business with a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design and development in a technology function.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical 'hands-on' approach, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved.
  • High curiosity and a proactive can-do attitude.
  • Strong HR expertise, preferably a relevant HR degree or Chartered CIPD qualification.
