About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People Partner to join our Finance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our talent and culture workstream, executing on the delivery of the People Plan, and acting as a conduit into our centres of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive our culture and enable performance by coaching managers and delivering a tangible return on investment.
  • Analyse people data to inform decision-making and track progress against targets and measures.
  • Contribute to driving positive metrics related to engagement, talent, performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape high-level strategic people decisions and develop and deliver people plans that are integral to achieving our business objectives.
What You'll Need
  • A highly experienced and strategic HR professional with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in large, fast-paced and complex commercial organisations.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with expertise in creating and delivering people plans in collaboration with Centres of Excellence.
  • Talent management experience, coupled with the ability to enable and drive business change and transformation.
  • A data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to analyse and draw insights from data to inform strategic decision-making.
