About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Based at our Head Office in Conway Street, you'll have the opportunity to work from home one day per week following successful probation.

Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

CIPD accreditation from level 5 and above is desirable, but relevant experience and a drive to make a difference will be considered. Experience in working in hospitality is desirable, but not essential. What's important is your passion for working in a partnering capacity and driving continuous improvement.

Benefits

We offer a range of benefits, including a salary sacrifice scheme, access to training and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative team environment. If you're passionate about making a difference and driving business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
