About the Role

This is a senior, strategic role within our Finance function, where you will partner with senior leaders to drive high-level strategic people decisions. As a key member of our People Division, you will be responsible for driving our talent and culture workstream, executing on the delivery of the People Plan, and ensuring the right expertise is engaged to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive our culture, enable performance, coach managers, and deliver a tangible return on investment by building divisional capability, maximising capacity, and cost efficiency to deliver business outcomes and shareholder value.
- Analyse people data to inform decision-making, track progress against targets and measures, and actively contribute to driving positive metrics related to engagement, talent, performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What You'll Need

- A highly experienced and strategic HR professional with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in large, fast-paced and complex commercial organisations.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with expertise in creating and delivering people plans in collaboration with Centres of Excellence.
- Talent management experience, coupled with the ability to enable and drive business change and transformation.
- A data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to analyse and draw insights from data to inform strategic decision-making.
