- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies, and proactively address any legal or regulatory issues.
- Organisational Development: Drive initiatives that support organisational development, including change management, culture enhancement, and team building.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations that improve HR practices and support business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to implement and refine people strategies and practices.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Experience with HR systems and data analytics.
- Knowledge of industry-specific HR trends and challenges.
