About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Partner to join our team at D&D London Support Office. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Collaborate with the Talent Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Culture and Engagement: Champion our company culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being.
  • Performance Management: Support and lead the performance management process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
  • Learning and Development: Work closely with the Learning and Development Team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business outcomes.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive organizational performance.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver people-related projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
