About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Partner to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, enhancing our company culture, and providing strategic advice to our leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent needs, support recruitment strategies, and ensure effective on-boarding and development of employees.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans, to drive employee engagement and success.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies, and proactively address any legal or regulatory issues.
  • Organisational Development: Drive initiatives that support organisational development, including change management, culture enhancement, and team building.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations that improve HR practices and support business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to implement and refine people strategies and practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific HR trends and challenges.
