Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives across the European Network and Americas regions.
- Collaborate with Regional and Divisional Directors to ensure effective people management practices and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to approximately 38 team members across Brussels, Mexico, and Trinidad and Tobago.
- Develop and implement new approaches and processes to attract and retain top talent, enhance employee experience, and drive business results.
- Work closely with the Director of People, Organisation and Culture to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
