Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Partner to join our team at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization that is committed to promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives across the European Network and Americas regions.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Divisional Directors to ensure effective people management practices and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to approximately 38 team members across Brussels, Mexico, and Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Develop and implement new approaches and processes to attract and retain top talent, enhance employee experience, and drive business results.
  • Work closely with the Director of People, Organisation and Culture to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the non-profit sector.
