Strategic People Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Partner to join our team at D&D London Support Office. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Management: Collaborate with the talent team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Culture Champion: Promote and embed our company values throughout the organization, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Support and lead the performance management process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
- Learning and Development: Work closely with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business outcomes.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and well-being, ensuring that our employees feel valued and supported.
- Organizational Development: Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers, supporting the development of organizational capabilities and driving business growth.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
- Analytics and Insights: Analyze data on labor costs, employment relations, and sickness absence to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for senior leaders.
