Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner - Strategic People Advisor

Location: Central London / Hybrid

Salary: £85,000-£90,000 plus bonus & benefits

Network HR is partnering with a global financial services firm to support the hire of an HR Business Partner to join their developing and high-touch team. This opportunity will see you based in central London, reporting directly into the Group Head of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the international People and Culture strategy to support the evolution of the payments business.
  • Support the transition to an Ulrich HR Model, covering the full spectrum of Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Reward Cycles, and strategic HR interventions.
  • Coach business leaders through discussions about transforming and streamlining functions, including succession planning and mapping high-potential talent.
  • Support Managers to drive effective performance and achieve business objectives, including recruitment activities, Employee Relations, change initiatives, and benefits.
  • Work with various lines of business to agree appropriate performance management plans.
  • Confidently manage stakeholders while navigating local nuances and complexities.

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience in a small to medium-sized organization is mandatory for this appointment.
  • A proven track record of providing generalist HRBP support throughout a period of change or transformation is necessary.
