Position Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering HR operational support to Regional Directors and Area Managers while contributing to the execution of the regional people strategy.

Reporting Structure

You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and collaborate with the HR and People team to implement the People Plan aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and high performance through various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to Area Managers.
  • Partner effectively with Area Managers, offering coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
  • Assist the Regional Director and Senior HRBP in evaluating Area Manager performance and identifying training needs.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives in collaboration with regional management teams.
  • Support the rollout of key programs designed to foster cultural transformation and enhance business performance, such as Performance Development and Engagement Surveys.
  • Assist the Regional Director in preparing for Regional Employee Forum meetings, including the development of presentations and agendas.
  • Actively engage in Regional Employee Forum meetings, addressing colleague concerns and driving action plans through Area Managers.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Directors and Senior HRBP to plan Regional Team Meetings, ensuring clarity on regional objectives and priorities.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to promote continuous improvement and foster a collaborative HR environment that effectively supports the business.

Candidate Profile

  • CIPD qualification and a degree are preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in an Ulrich business partner model and matrix organizational structure.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with adaptability in style and approach.
  • Proficient in managing complex issues and making sound judgments under pressure.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Comprehensive HR generalist knowledge.
