Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives across 350 employees, managing two People Advisors, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership: Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management, driving business growth and transformation.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks, to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Oversee training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR leadership or operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
