About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing People Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and driving business growth.
As a People Partner, you'll be responsible for partnering with our senior leaders to provide expert advice and support on all aspects of HR. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that drive business growth
- Coaching and developing the capabilities of our people managers to drive employee engagement and performance
- Leading on employee relations cases, including investigations, process, and documentation
- Facilitating formal meetings and providing advice on HR-related matters
- Supporting the Operations team with business-as-usual HR processes
- Providing insightful management information to inform business decisions
- Reviewing and advising on HR processes to drive efficiency and best practice
About You
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of delivering HR strategies that drive business growth. You'll have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to translate this into clear, actionable advice.
You'll be a skilled communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and provide considered guidance to our leadership team.
We're looking for someone who is highly adaptable, open to change, and willing to 'muck in' to get the job done. You'll be a confident, credible, and approachable individual with a proactive, flexible, and positive work style.
