Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Interim HR Director, you will play a key role in supporting our property management client group by delivering the People strategy and providing advice and guidance on Employment Relations, TUPE, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective People strategies to drive business performance and growth
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Employment Relations, TUPE, and compensation to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Lead workforce planning, change management, and performance initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement business-critical HR projects

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent with significant experience in HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing complex Employment Relations casework, TUPE, and compensation
  • Ability to start a new role on short notice and commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
