Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Strategy Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and target key partners within the workplace solutions and digital lockers industry. Build and nurture relationships that foster mutual growth and success.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our goals and enhance our product offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure beneficial terms that support long-term partnership success. Ensure all agreements align with our strategic objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential partners. Use insights to inform partnership strategies and business development efforts.
  • Relationship Management: Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure they are productive and mutually beneficial. Address any issues that arise and work proactively to maintain strong, positive partnerships.
  • Product Integration: Collaborate with partners to explore and implement integration opportunities that enhance the value of our solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships. Analyse data to assess the impact of partnerships and make informed recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the workplace solutions, digital lockers, or technology sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace solutions and digital lockers (desirable), with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiation, with a track record of securing agreements that drive mutual success.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop partnership plans that align with broader business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and build consensus.
  • Hands-On: A proactive, hands-on approach to managing partnerships, with a willingness to get involved at all levels to ensure success.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and new opportunities.
  • Education: Degree standard
