Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Strategy Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in selling technical, technology, or SaaS products, with a proven ability to convert prospects into appointments
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new technology and able to explain complex products clearly and effectively
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business results
