Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Business Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Strategy Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in selling technical, technology, or SaaS products, with a proven ability to convert prospects into appointments
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new technology and able to explain complex products clearly and effectively
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business results
