Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Research and gather information on target accounts to personalize outreach efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in developing sales pitches and materials to effectively communicate HUB's value proposition.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of HUB's products.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role.
  • Interest in financial technology and a willingness to learn about HUB's products and industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions and their applications in financial services.
