We are a leading provider of business growth and consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK. Our team of experts works closely with clients across various sectors, including trade contracting, specialist contracting, and supplies businesses, to help them achieve their goals and improve their businesses.

The role of a Business Coach/Consultant at Growth Idea is an exciting opportunity to work with clients to identify and implement strategies for growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing tailored business growth strategies
  • Providing coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Contributing to the development of our knowledge base, tools, and content to benefit our clients

We are looking for an individual with excellent academic credentials, preferably a Master's degree, and high numeracy skills. Experience working with UK-based sub-contracting and construction businesses would be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will have the right experience or transferable skills and be looking for a new challenge where they can contribute strategically and make a direct impact on businesses, owners, and their teams. The role has performance-based incentives linked to the number of clients being directly managed and has the potential to grow into being responsible for business units or businesses within the Group.

We are passionate about creating better realities through knowledge to strengthen the communities we live and work in. The role is being advertised as hybrid and will require weekly travel to our offices in London. The ideal candidate would be full-time, but we are open to flexible or part-time options for the right candidate.
