About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Law Business Research. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition and retention rates, and sales pipeline growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the legal industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
