The Role

We're seeking a talented Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of pioneering DTC brands and building on our existing reputation for excellence.

Day-to-day, you will be involved in the full client lifecycle, from new business and onboarding to leading in ad accounts and growing our clients' businesses through effective strategy, analysis, and optimization.

Ideally, you should have at least 3-5 years' experience in performance marketing in an ecommerce-focused role, either agency or client-side, with expertise in Paid Social or Google PPC.

Our Clients

We partner with direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands across various categories, including FMCG, greetings, sports, and subscriptions. Our clients are typically venture capital-backed and have products and brands that we can get excited about as a team.
