About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Acceleration Specialist to join our team at Globant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and accelerating our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with bid management, lead qualification, RFP responses, and quotes, ensuring excellence in key areas tailored to each opportunity.
  • Develop and deliver solution proposals and presentations for clients, including RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's, and PQQ's, highlighting Globant's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with teams like staffing, legal, finance, etc., during the proposal process, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Solution Architects, and Operations teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Assist with commercial and pricing creation, aligning with Technical and Delivery teams, to maximize Globant's value proposition and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken English and proficient written English.
  • Experience in bid management, RFP management, and proposal pricing/quotation and margin management.
  • Strong understanding of professional software delivery services and how to form 'teams.'
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to say no and prioritize workloads.
  • Strong Teamwork capability, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies.
