Senior Accelerated Compute Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Core Services and Advanced Compute team in EMEA. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in the region, with a focus on accelerated compute.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for accelerated compute in EMEA, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive adoption and growth of AWS services.
- Lead initiatives to expand markets and accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities within the accelerated compute domain.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive long-term growth in EMEA, while meeting/exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven KPIs.
- Provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.
- Significant years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience in Accelerated Compute or relevant technology domain.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives and Line of Business Leaders.
- Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
- Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions.
