Business Acceleration Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Business Acceleration Specialist to join our team at Globant. As a key member of our Business Acceleration team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by working with key account teams to refine strategies, grow existing relationships, and create detailed account plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales teams in creating professional responses to RFPs and quotes
- Help drive business growth by working with key account teams to refine strategies and create detailed account plans
- Proactively engage with local leadership and sales to launch new initiatives focused on growing the hunting pipeline
- Collaborate with teams like staffing, legal, finance, etc. to handle deal commercials and ensure proper approvals
- Help prepare pitch decks, focusing on Globant's experience and capabilities
- Respond to private and public sector empanelment frameworks
- Fluent spoken English and proficient written English
- Strong understanding of professional software delivery services and how to form 'teams'
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
