Job Summary:

Acceleration Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate/Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our client delivery team, you will be responsible for driving recruitment and new partnerships in the European market and have the opportunity for growth into more senior marketing positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client programs, including managing affiliate applications, recruitment list building, and deployment of creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the account team to establish new partnerships and take on new account responsibilities with guidance from managers.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Respond to affiliates' inquiries and troubleshoot issues, ensuring excellent client service skills.
  • Manage general account maintenance, including collating evidence of paid exposure and ensuring campaigns are activated by partners in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Awin, Impact, etc.)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, a plus.
