Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer adoption of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a cloud-based sales environment, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and technology.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
