We are seeking a Director of Growth Strategy for a direct-to-consumer women's apparel brand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, from performance marketing to customer relationship management, and drive the overall strategy aimed at achieving significant growth targets over the next few years. This position offers a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders in the D2C sector.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with a strong brand and exquisite product line, making innovative decisions that drive conversions.
  • Leading with authority, possessing a strategic mindset to develop initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Utilizing data and insights to inform decisions. You should be highly analytical, capable of translating complex challenges into actionable hypotheses.
  • Maintaining a commercial focus. You will need to understand key metrics and identify the levers that enhance customer retention, average order value, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost.

Your Qualifications Should Include:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly with a focus on creative-driven platforms.
  • A robust understanding of experimentation and optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence team members and stakeholders across all levels.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable challenging conventional wisdom to discover new pathways to success.
