Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Head of Growth for a D2C women's fashion brand In this role, you'll be leading all things marketing from performance to CRM and driving their overall strategy to achieve 7x growth over the next 3 years.

They are also highly connected in the D2C space, so an opportunity to learn from some of the bestYou'll be:

  • Able to work with a strong brand and beautiful product, making creative decisions that convert A strong leader, someone who has an eye for strategic decisions and can develop them through to completion Data and insight led. Highly numerate and able to translate complex issues into hypotheses to be solved. Understand that growth is a process Commercial.
Know your numbers and the levers to pull to improve retention, AOV, LTV and CACYou'll have:

  • Hands-on performance marketing experience with expertise in creative driven Meta A strong understanding of experimentation and optimisation Strong communication skills. Able to inspire and influence their team and stakeholders at all levels Entrepreneurial mindset. Used to going against common wisdom to find new routes to success Grit and determination.
