Job Title: Head of Business Development and Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As Head of Business Development and Growth, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and driving growth strategies for our podcast and media arm, Boxlight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and industry leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and revenue streams
  • Lead projects and initiatives to drive growth and innovation in our corporate content arm, Boxlight
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of the podcasting or media industry is a definite plus
