About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Performance Marketing and Growth to join our team at Growth & Company. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel performance marketing strategy that includes paid social, search, email, and CRM marketing.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the growth director to develop and execute global marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and CRM.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, AWIN, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
