About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Speaking Head Of Performance Marketing to join our team at UKTV. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns to optimise audience acquisition, engagement, and retention, delivering overall business growth with a focus on on-demand viewing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of all UKTV performance marketing plans, from briefing and overseeing creative asset development through to the application of campaign learnings.
  • Utilise data to monitor and optimise campaign effectiveness, ensuring the search and app store channels are maximised to deliver views to the business.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of cross-discipline teams to test and optimise our performance marketing approach, driving more effective work and contributing to the overall objectives of the organisation.
  • Develop new, innovative, and creative solutions to ensure UKTV's performance marketing aims for best-in-class success metrics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into UKTV marketing strategies.
  • Support the execution of UKTV's paid search strategy, at times taking responsibility for creative, keywords and copy to ensure the search and app store channels are maximised to deliver views to the business.
  • Report to senior stakeholders on performance marketing effectiveness and ROI, generating and communicating insightful performance reports.
Requirements
  • Some experience in a similar performance role, although broadcast experience is not a requirement.
  • A digital native fluent in digital marketing tools and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade using meaningful relationships to drive business growth through UKTV's marketing.
  • Passionate about performance and conversion marketing and comfortable dealing with data, with a proactive and flexible approach to work and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
