Job Title: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's growth goals and market positioning.
  • Lead and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive brand awareness and reputation through targeted campaigns, content creation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, managing and optimizing marketing initiatives across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Analyze and report performance, tracking key marketing metrics and providing actionable insights to refine strategies and support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Team management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • B2B SaaS expertise, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
