We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team at Growth & Company as the Head of Performance Marketing and CRM. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and customer retention for a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand.

About the Role:

The Head of Performance Marketing and CRM will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for multi-territory paid and CRM marketing activity. This includes managing a team of four and collaborating with third-party agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the CRM and Performance Marketing teams, fostering collaboration and shared objectives.
  • Global Strategy: Collaborate with the Growth Director on global strategy, developing omnichannel plans that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Media Strategy: Create media strategies, set KPIs, and optimize investments using CPA, LTV, and profitability metrics.
  • Acquisition Marketing: Evaluate acquisition marketing effectiveness, suggest improvements, and forecast performance.
  • Channel Testing: Implement channel testing to prove incrementality and boost traffic, conversion, and profitability.
  • Agency Partnerships: Cultivate agency partnerships, ensuring efficiency and exploring new performance drivers.
  • Database Management: Set database targets with analysts, enhancing customer retention and value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Ecommerce and SEO teams to balance organic visibility and paid search.
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Synergize with Organic Marketing, PR, and Retail to create omnichannel campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Market Exploration: Explore new acquisition channels and markets for brand growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in D2C/Ecommerce marketing, emphasizing performance, SEO, and CRM.
  • Team leadership and international market experience.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, AWIN, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
