We are seeking a Head of Growth for a direct-to-consumer women's fashion brand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, from performance marketing to customer relationship management, and drive the overall strategy aimed at achieving substantial growth over the next few years. This position offers a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders in the D2C sector.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with a well-established brand and an appealing product line, making impactful creative decisions that drive conversions.
  • Leading with vision, demonstrating a keen ability to identify strategic opportunities and execute them effectively.
  • Utilizing data and insights to inform decisions. You should be highly analytical, capable of distilling complex challenges into actionable hypotheses.
  • Understanding commercial metrics. You will need to be well-versed in key performance indicators such as retention, average order value, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost.

Your Qualifications Should Include:

  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly with a focus on creative-driven platforms.
  • A solid grasp of experimentation and optimization techniques.
